Three ways we build leverage into an operation
Operational systems engineering
Custom platforms that become how your operation runs: field data capture, scheduling, inventory, workflow. Architecture first, then implementation, on foundations that survive growth.
AI and data platforms
Clean data models, reliable pipelines, and AI layers with guardrails: extraction, scoring, briefing, decision support. AI that explains itself and never acts alone on irreversible decisions.
Intelligent automation
Automation that removes manual work without removing accountability: approval gates, audit trails, alerting, and instrumentation, across Google Cloud, AppSheet, and the tools your team already runs on.
Products
Built and operated by ATS
We run our own systems in production. They are the proof behind every engagement: the same architecture, guardrails, and operational discipline we bring to client work.
Selected work
Systems in the field
Systems before features.
Most teams buy tools and inherit chaos. We start with the architecture of the operation itself: how data flows, where decisions happen, what deserves automation, and what must stay human. Then we build, ship weekly, and operate what we build.
Read the method- 01Discover. A systems audit of your operation: data, workflow, and failure points.
- 02Architect. Data models, decision records, and a roadmap before any code.
- 03Build. Weekly shipped increments, reviewed and documented as we go.
- 04Operate. Instrumentation, alerts, and continuous improvement in production.
Founder
The person you talk to is the engineer who builds your system
ATS is led by Yogesh Laddha, an engineer and systems architect with over a decade of operational systems work across mining, manufacturing, agriculture, construction, and food tech.
There is no account manager and no handoff. Discovery, architecture, and the key technical decisions happen with the person who will design, build, and operate the system. That is the structural advantage of a studio, and we protect it by taking on a limited number of engagements at a time.

Bring us the bottleneck.
Describe the operational problem you are working through. If it is a systems problem, a focused strategy session is the fastest way to map the architecture. You will hear back from the founder, not a sales team.
