What we collect
When you submit the contact form or the booking form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, company, optional phone number, and the description of your project. When you chat with Atlas, our AI assistant, the messages you send are processed to generate responses.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare for a strategy session you book, and follow up about your project. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our private Google Workspace environment. Scheduling runs on Calendly, subject to Calendly's own privacy policy. Chat messages to Atlas are relayed through our own server-side proxy to Google's Gemini API to generate a reply; we do not use your conversations to train models.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement service that reports aggregate page views and performance without identifying or profiling visitors. Your browser's local storage holds two things: your theme preference, and, if you start a booking, your name, email, and company so the form can prefill on a return visit. The booking page has a control to clear the prefill; both can be removed through your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@appropriatetechsolutions.com and we will act on it within a reasonable period.
